We are seeking Preschool Teacher/Floater to join our rapidly growing team!

Responsibilities

• Lead daily classroom activities focused on infant development, including sensory play, motor skills, and early literacy initiatives

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional growth in infants

• Manage classroom routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and health & safety protocols with diligence and care

• Utilize behavior management techniques to encourage positive interactions and emotional regulation among infants

• Collaborate with families to share progress updates, address concerns, and support early intervention strategies when needed

• Maintain detailed records of developmental milestones, lesson plans, and individualized care plans in compliance with licensing standards

 

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with infants in a licensed childcare or preschool setting with classroom management expertise

• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, including developmental milestones, early intervention strategies and special education needs

• Demonstrated ability to develop engaging curriculum that incorporates literacy education, physical activity, and social/emotional strategies

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and staff

• Familiarity with standardized testing procedures related to early childhood assessment tools

• Certification in early childhood education or child development; additional training in behavior management or special education is a plus

• Commitment to child welfare practices and maintaining a safe, inclusive learning environment
