
Infant Room Teacher
We are seeking Preschool Teacher/Floater to join our rapidly growing team!

Responsibilities

Lead daily classroom activities focused on infant development, including sensory play, motor skills, and early literacy initiatives

Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional growth in infants

Manage classroom routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and health & safety protocols with diligence and care
-
Utilize behavior management techniques to encourage positive interactions and emotional regulation among infants
-
Collaborate with families to share progress updates, address concerns, and support early intervention strategies when needed
-
Maintain detailed records of developmental milestones, lesson plans, and individualized care plans in compliance with licensing standards
Qualifications

Proven experience working with infants in a licensed childcare or preschool setting with classroom management expertise

Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, including developmental milestones, early intervention strategies and special education needs

Demonstrated ability to develop engaging curriculum that incorporates literacy education, physical activity, and social/emotional strategies

Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and staff

Familiarity with standardized testing procedures related to early childhood assessment tools
-
Certification in early childhood education or child development; additional training in behavior management or special education is a plus
